Start losing weight fast this week!
Hunty! Spring is already here and Summer will be coming right behind it. Hows that summer body coming along? If your answer is not so great then this method I discovered is for you. Of course, I am not professional and you should contact your doctor to figure out if this is right for you and if you should move forward. This method can have the pounds falling off in days, yes I said DAYS. Quite frankly I am too busy to go to the gym and too lazy to work out at home (I will just fall asleep). So I needed to find a way I can lose weight without working out. You can workout with this method to get better and faster results if you choose to, however. So what is the secret?
Two words: intermittent fasting baby! The picture in this post are my results in a week or so! I did have my up and downs and cheat days (more like cheat weeks). But I was amazed! I had my son and the weight was packed on and my self-esteem plummeted. Now I feel so much confident and sexy!
What is Intermittent Fasting and how does it work?:
Intermittent Fasting is when you ONLY eat within an 8-hour window and you fast for the rest of the 16 hours of the day. That is all it is, changing your eating pattern.
I only ate between 12 pm and 8 pm and now I moved it further and sometimes I do not eat until 3 pm.
You can experiment to see which times work for you but it is generally good not to eat late at night because your body will hold on to all those calories.
It will not be easy I can tell you that right now but if you stick to it, you will see results! Take your time and ease into it then it will become a habit to you.
Another great thing about this is that you can technically eat whatever you want as long as it is within that specific 8-hour window. You can do this but your results will be slower. In the beginning, I was eating salads but to be honest I fell off and started just eating anything I could find to eat in the house.
While in the 16-hour fasting window you cannot eat anything but you can drink water, coffee and green tea. Anything with no calories is okay to have during the 16 hours of your fasting.
Intermittent Fasting is great for moms who are struggling to lose weight, it doesn’t hurt to try!
These are my results within 14 days! Could have been better if I stayed consistent but I will get on it! I am trying to be snatched Summer 2k18!!!! And you should join me too! I was 184 and now I am 177 LBs!
